The purpose of this study is to investigate differences in the endocannabinoid system in people with and without borderline personality disorder with comorbid major depression using PET imaging.
Psychosis Study
Understanding the biomarkers of aggression in psychotic spectrum disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar 1 etc.) is imperative for novel treatment approaches. This study (known as ‘VFEP’ within the lab) will try to elucidate functional and structural biomarkers by comparing people with psychosis to people with psychosis + conduct disorder using fMRI, DTI and MT imaging.
